法院裁定暂停执行韩国监管机构对 Bithumb 下达的部分停业制裁
ChainCatcher 消息，根据市场消息，首尔行政法院于 4 月 30 日接受了 Bithumb 针对韩国金融情报机构（FIU）提起的执行停职申请，裁定在案件最终判决前，暂停执行对其下达的 6 个月“部分停业”制裁。
此前，FIU 指控 Bithumb 违反了《特定金融信息法》，涉及约 665 万起违规行为，包括未履行客户确认义务及与未申报加密资产运营商进行交易，并为此处以 368 亿韩元罚款。该项制裁原计划限制新用户向外部地址转移加密资产。由于法院的最新裁定，Bithumb 在诉讼期间将能够继续维持现有业务运营。
